The shoulder is one of the most commonly and easily injured joints in the body. Maintaining adequate scapular stability and mobility is something athletes fail to consider in their workout regiment, and doing so leaves the shoulders vulnerable to injury. The simplest way to strengthen the tendons and ligaments responsible for stabilization is to use rehabilitative exercises to warm-up the shoulders prior to any aggressive upper-body movements. In this video you will find a quick shoulder mobility and strengthening warm-up that will reduce injury and eliminate pain when performed on a consistent basis.
